One
of the best illustrations of this approach is the materialisation
of the idea of industrial couscous by our company C.D.S.
For the first time in history, and since the companies creation
in 1978, the fabrication process
of this thousand year old food has been developed.
Quality
is obtained by the presence of a group in each of our companies
in charge of continual optimisation. The role of this body
is made a great deal easier by its integration within the
activities of the group's companies.
This
is how the raw materials (hard wheat semolina, packaging) used in
our bulk products (pasta, couscous, barley meal), are manufactured
by companies of the group which, thanks to internal audit, keep
a vigilant eye on the quality of these raw materials and seriously
consider all ideas that may add to the final product.
